Hour 1 of househunting, phrases encountered:

(Oh my god my amazing house is being sold and I have to move):
  • “To balance out the gender we are looking for a female, but this doesnt mean we hate men..lol”
  • “The kitchen… well, you’ll understand when you see it.”
  • “[redacted], 23, is a postgrad student and part-time model.”
  • “p.s. may as well mention that the toilet is outside and the shower is in the kitchen” 
But seriously I don’t really need this right now.
